**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our IVD product market presence in Mexico.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key customers, collaborators, and industry partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to determine strategic opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Represent Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.



at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and products.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales management within the health care or IVD industry.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of leading successful sales teams.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel within Mexico City (25%)
