**SAP RE Functional Consultant - Remote Mexico (Nationwide)**:
We are seeking an experienced SAP RE (Real Estate) specialist to manage contracts, assets, and key business processes related to real estate properties.
You will play a vital role in overseeing contract management, asset handling, and business process control for real estate assets within SAP.
Join a long-term project, working remotely with a leading consulting and digital transformation firm, and contribute to optimizing real estate operations and incident resolution.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage contracts related to real estate assets efficiently and accurately.
- Oversee and manage real estate assets within SAP RE module.
- Control and monitor core business processes tied to real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Handle incident response and resolution related to SAP RE and associated processes.
- Collaborate with cross-module integration points, including:
- FI (Payments, Billing, Provisioning)
- CO (Allocations, Cost Centers)
- AA (Assets linked to real estate)
- PM (Facility Maintenance, optional)




**Required Skills**:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with **SAP RE**implementation, support, and asset management.
- Strong knowledge of contract management and asset handling within SAP.
- Familiarity with integration points between **SAP RE** and other modules such as **FI, CO, and AA.

- Proven ability to support and optimize business processes related to real estate assets.
- Good **communication skills in English** (Intermediate-Advanced).
**Location & Schedule**:
- Remote work from Mexico City, Guadalajara, Monterrey, and Coahuila.
- Work hours Monday to Friday, 09:*******:00
- **Advanced English skills are mandatory, and only residents of GDL, MTY, Coahuila, and CDMX.
