Job SummaryThe Internal Controls Administrator role is a critical role to the Company's internal controls.
This is a high visibility role reporting directly to the Director of Technical Accounting and Accounting Policy as part of the Corporate Accounting Team.
In alignment with IFF's core values of innovation, sustainability, and integrity, this role ensures the highest standards of internal control and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages all aspects of the Company's DOA process including updating the Oracle Management Tool.
- Updates weekly the listing of roles and users in the Company's DOA tables.
- Helps to lead efforts to harmonize the company's policies.
- Corresponds with users and answers questions.
- Works directly with HR to resolve issues.
- Provides training to users.
Qualifications:
- BSc in Accounting or Finance.




- 2 years of experience in internal control and audit.
- Advanced level of English.
- Ability to use Microsoft suite of products including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
