Bachelors Degree - 4+ Previous experience as a Program Manager in an engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), design or change management role.
- Proven analytical skills and tools (Excel, power bi) - Verbal and written communication skills in both, Spanish and English languages (C1+)
- SQL, Power BI or query or programing knowledge and experience
- Experience of working in a Fulfillment center (Engineering services, Operations, Process or construction roles) or similar set ups in other organization
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD or any other Design Software (BIM360, Revit, etc)
- Experience with engaging with stakeholders or customers locally and across diverse geographical location
- Ability to work independently, within tight timelines and with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent meeting management and facilitation skills




- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to support several projects at one time, and accept re-prioritization as necessary
- Ability to drive business decisions with cross-functional team collaboration and relevant analytical data
- Proven experience challenging the status quo, identifying and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Ability to tailor communication to a wide spectrum of members of the organization and explain technical concepts
- German, French, Polish, Arabic, Turkish, Afrikaans and Zulu are considered preferred qualifications
- Master, in Engineering, Science/Technology, Business or related field.
