**Position Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise the maintenance and operation of critical systems such as electrical, HVAC, compressed air, potable water, fire protection, and more.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and operations work performed by third parties.
- Develop, update, and continuously improve preventive maintenance programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and regulations in all systems.
- Monitor and optimize the use of electrical energy, natural gas, and water.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement and cost reduction.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**:Electrical or Electromechanical Engineer.
Specialization in energy saving is preferred.
- **Experience**:5 to 10 years of experience coordinating Facilities personnel, preferably in the automotive, electronics,



or plastic injection industry.
- **Knowledge**:Familiarity with electrical substations, generators, HVAC systems, and energy management.
- **Skills**:Intermediate English communication skills, experience in continuous improvement (Gemba, Kaizen), and the ability to interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
