1. Event Operations and Optimization:
- Plan, execute, and monitor streamer events, ensuring seamless operations.
Analyze performance data to optimize event formats, rules, and outcomes while managing budgets effectively to maximize resource utilization._
2. User Engagement and Feedback:
- Maintain high-frequency interactions with event participants through voice calls, surveys, and other channels to gather feedback, understand needs, and provide actionable insights for event improvements._
3. Stakeholder Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with streamers, agents,



and users through regular communication, ensuring smooth collaboration and ongoing engagement._
**Skills**:
1. Detail-Oriented with Innovative Thinking:
- Demonstrates the ability to oversee and manage every detail throughout the entire event implementation process._
2. Strong Data Analysis Skills:
- Proficient in using tools like Excel to conduct thorough data analysis._
