Reporta a Production Engineering Specialist __ Your Role And Responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB’s operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is: onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Division in Apodaca.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

Support process development and industrialization through new process implementation, equipment validation, and fixture/poka-yoke design.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing tools such as Kaizen, 5S, VSM, line balancing, and cost-saving projects.

Promote safety and ergonomics by supporting audits, incident resolution, MOC documentation, and ergonomic assessments.





Analyze data and standardize processes through time studies, process documentation, work instructions, and visual aids.

Collaborate across functions to execute improvement projects, support manufacturing operations, and enhance overall process performance. Our team dynamics (Optional) You will join a dynamic, talented, high performing team, where you will be able to thrive.

Qualifications For The Role (Mandatory) You will graduate in December 2027 or June 2028 from careers like Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering.

You enjoy working with lean manufacturing tools and the electric industry market

Possess an enhanced knowledge of Solidworks, AutoCad

You are passionate about teamwork and collaboration.
