**S&OP; Coordinator (Supply Chain)**
**Location: Cuernavaca**
We are looking for an S&OP; Coordinator to lead the strategic integration and alignment process between sales, operations, finance, and supply chain, with the goal of optimizing production, inventory, and resources, ensuring a balance between supply and demand.
**Responsibilities**:
- Supervise short, medium, and long-term demand forecasting.
- Develop production plans aligned with demand forecasts and available resources.
- Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with finance and HR departments.
- Act as a liaison with intercompany clients for efficient sourcing.
- Deliver executive presentations to various departments.
- Collaborate with the industrial team in managing new products and technologies.
- Define and implement inventory optimization strategies.
- Develop improvement proposals to mitigate supply risks.
- Coordinate and lead monthly S&OP; meetings.




**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution, inventory management, and supply planning for fast-moving consumer goods (+600 SKUs).
- Over 3 years of experience in production planning for fast-moving consumer goods (+3000 items).
- Knowledge of planning tools and SAP ERP (planning module) - required.
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (over 4 years).
- Intermediate to advanced level of English (required).
