PS-HR Internship
Plant: Vallejo

Location: Mexico City, Mexico

Start Date: as soon as possible

Work Hours: Part-time with versátil working hours.

Profile: Current Engineering or any Business students (any discipline) expecting to graduate between June 2027 and December 2028.

Salary: The gross salary for interns ranges from 9,000mxn to 18,000mxn depending on hours worked.

Duration: 12-18 months.

About The Role
As a PSHR Intern, you will collaborate closely with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals, contribute to organization and culture building, and create effective communication strategies. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills and make a meaningful impact in a dynamic HR environment.

Some Of Your Tasks Will Be

Partnering with the organization to ensure talent fundamentals are met

Supporting organization building initiatives

Creating and implementing communication strategies

Assisting with HR projects and processes

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support HR goals

You will experience business responsibilities from Day 1 – You work every single day on key projects from the beginning.

You will be part of the P&G; family since day one.
