IFF is a integral leader in flavors, fragrances, food ingredients and health & biosciences, delivering sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.Global OperationsEnsuring excellence in execution—from procurement to supply chain and reliability—delivering quality, safety, efficiency and sustainability across the value chain.LocationPolanco, Mexico City (hybrid role)ResponsibilitiesLeading supplier evaluation and selection within the tail portfolio, ensuring alignment with business needs across quality, service, specifications, and cost efficiency.Staying informed on evolving business requirements, including product changes, forecasts, and critical demand.Participating in Core Strategy Teams for direct materials and indirect materials in the Efficiency and/or Essential Quadrants.Negotiating pricing based on market trends and business strategies, while identifying cost optimization opportunities.Representing sourcing in project development meetings and contributing to strategic planning.Ensuring procurement activities comply with SOPs, audit standards,
