Our Human Resources team is looking for a motivated, creative, and analytical HR Intern to support learning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
This internship offers the opportunity to collaborate with a U.S.-based leader and local team on general projects related to learning communications, competency frameworks, career development, organizational climate, and change management while gaining exposure to a multinational work environment.Key Responsibilitie- sSupport the development and communication of learning and development initiatives across the organization- .
Assist in creating and maintaining competency catalogs, with a focus on soft skills aligned to career paths and employee development- .
Collaborate on the design, coordination, and communication of training programs and learning resources- .
Support organizational climate initiatives by assisting with employee surveys, data collection, reporting, and action planning- .




Contribute to change management activities by preparing communication materials and supporting stakeholder engagement efforts- .
Develop presentations, reports, and communication materials for training and talent development initiatives- .
Analyze learning and engagement data to identify trends and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement- .
Partner with cross-functional teams and support global HR projects.Minimum Qualificati- onsCurrently enrolled in the final year of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Industrial Engineering, or a related fie- ld.Eligible to complete a professional internship as part of the academic progr- am.English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in a professional environme- nt.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Exc- el.Demonstrates initiative, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a global environment.
