Reporting organizationally to the Fan Operations Venue Lead, the Gate Supervisor will be a key member of the FIFA26 Fan Operations team, and work in close collaboration with other key individuals responsible for delivering a seamless fan experience from the Last Mile to the Stadium.Responsible for the match day management of assigned Fan Operations Volunteers including being the first point of contact for questions, coordinating deployments and breaks, ensuring their welfare as well as collecting and providing feedbackProvide regular reports and updates to Fan Operations Coordinator regarding the performance and status of the gate operations and volunteersObserve any crowd flow issues and raise accordingly.
