Job Summary Valeo Sistemas Electricos SA de CV is seeking a highly motivated Finance Trainee to join our dynamic finance team. This entry-level position offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience across various financial functions within a general automotive supplier. The trainee will support financial operations, learn key processes, and contribute to the team's efficiency.
Job Responsibilities Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and presentations.
Support data collection and analysis for budgeting and forecasting activities.
Participate in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, including invoice processing and payment tracking.
Learn and apply company financial policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information.




Perform administrative tasks as needed within the finance department.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and systems.
Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recently graduated or expecting to graduate soon).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
Proactive and team-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Prior internship experience in a finance or accounting role is a plus.
