Lead full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer and onboarding

Source top healthcare talent through job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and proactive market mapping

Conduct candidate interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and professional competencies

Ensure compliance with recruitment best practices and Mexican employment regulations





Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records and reporting Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Monterrey Standard Time | On-Site

Location : Centro Cuauhtémoc in downtown Monterrey (Miguel Hidalgo y Costilla 330, Mirador, 64910 Monterrey, N.3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

Fluency in Spanish and strong English communication skills
