Your position

As a Junior Procurement Analyst, you will report directly to the Head of Procurement and play an integral role in the team.

You will

- Manage procurement and contracting processes for logistics services
- Identify and develop new suppliers
- Monitor the supplier onboarding, approval, and evaluation process.
- Support supplier risk management
- Prepare reports, market analyses, and performance metrics
- Coordinate activities with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Compliance.
- Provide support for regional procurement projects for Latin America.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, procurement procedures, and corporate ethics standards.

Profile description: Your profile

As a Junior Procurement, you will be responsible for conducting bidding, negotiation, and contracting processes, ensuring competitive pricing, service quality, compliance with corporate policies, and risk mitigation throughout the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will support logistics service procurement and supplier risk management activities in Mexico and other countries in Latin America (primarily Argentina, Chile, Colombia, and Peru).

Fluent in SPANISH and ENGLISH

Excellent Strategic, Problem solving, and organizational skills





Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders.

Education and Professional Background

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.

At least 1 year of work experience industry

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

Teamwork and cross-cultural collaboration.

Results-oriented.

Sense of urgency

Proactivity and a commitment to continuous learning.

Technical and Core Competencies Knowledge of Product storage

Knowledge in SAP

High proficient with MS Office Suite of products, specifically MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI
