Job Responsibilities

# Responsible for developing product strategy in assigned regions, promoting UIH CT products to increase customer base, and driving the growth of market share;

# Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales & product marketing objectives;

# Execute the Go-to-Market Strategy and plans to increase the project winning rate;

# Identify and develop KOL relations in Key countries and closely work together with them to improve brand awareness and reputation, as well as the leadership position of relevant products.

# Interface directly with prospects and determine optimal system configurations accordingly.

# Create and deliver customized presentations/demonstrations and/or site visits to prospects;

# Perform market surveys and competitor assessments across the region on a routine basis. Summarize and present to the management team and BU to drive the customer-oriented solution and product development;





# Prepare relevant materials and provide dedicated training to stakeholders, including but not limited to Customers, Business Channels, Sales team, etc.

# Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

Qualification

Requirements

# Bachelor's Degree or above in medical or other related areas;

# Typically 5+ years of successful track record and leadership experience in the diagnostic imaging industry;

# Business acumen, communication, and management skills;

# Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging ecosystem and key customer needs;

# Open-minded and strong entrepreneurship Key Competences:

# Knowledge of competitors' products

# Acquisition and analysis of competitors

# Customer demand mining and cultivation

# Project analysis

# Presentation skill
