What You Will Do
Supervision of assigned team members including goal setting, team building and performance management.
Provide scheduled results in a timely manner and ad-hoc reporting as requested.
Learn other team members duties and assist as required.
Assist in development and maintenance of process performance metrics.
Participating in multiple sophisticated projects simultaneously communicating with other departments and leadership on achievements and hurdles.
Training and professional development of both peer and subordinate analysts
Build and maintain positive relationships with key business and finance partners.
GL point of contact for testing and validation of enhancements in general ledger and other reporting tools.
Able to review processes for opportunities to improve efficiency.
Control point monitoring and testing.
Contract interpretation and analysis, journal entry processing,
Assist management in the preparation of interim and annual audit requirements.
Participate in monthly dunning calls.
Overtime and weekend hours may be required to meet deadlines.
What We're Looking For
3-5 years related experience.
Supervisory experience helpful




Sophisticated MS Excel Skills; NetSuite Experience helpful
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience tailoring, and summarizing information based on audience: Financial & Non-financial audience, Staff to Senior Management
Bachelors in accounting or finance
