**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor company cash flow.
- Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
- Handle tax filings and ensure timely payments.
- Communicate effectively with both English and Spanish-speaking clients and team members.
- Provide financial guidance and support to management.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve processes and efficiencies.
Pay rate is in USD.
