At Grupo Bocar, we are looking for an Automotive Direct Procurement Specialist to join our team.
This role will play a key part in supplier management and strategic sourcing of direct materials critical to our operations.

Location: LermaKey Responsibilities:- Manage and negotiate with suppliers of direct materials within the automotive industry- Ensure timely availability of materials in line with production requirements- Develop and execute sourcing strategies focused on cost optimization and supply continuity- Monitor and report key procurement KPIs (cost savings, delivery performance, quality)- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, and Planning teams✅ Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience in direct material procurement within the automotive sector- Advanced English proficiency (mandatory) for international supplier interaction- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems- Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills
