We are looking for an IT Support Technician responsible for maintaining our systems and networks in optimal working condition while providing technical support to users across multiple locations in the United States.This position is idóneo for an analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail who is looking to gain international experience by working remotely from Mexico for a U.S.-based company.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on PCs and peripheral devices with minimal supervision.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests and incidents across multiple locations.
- Travel to branch offices as needed.
- Manage Active Directory,



including user and computer account creation, modification, and deactivation.
- Identify and resolve common LAN and Internet connectivity issues.
- Apply standard troubleshooting principles and methodologies to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
- Accurately document all support cases in the help desk ticketing system from initial request through resolution.
- Install and configure IT equipment, including desktop computers, networking devices, and UPS systems.
- Provide clear, professional technical support and guidance to end users.
