You'll work at the intersection of campaign execution and reporting integrity.
Your understanding of trafficking across platforms such as CM360 will help ensure campaigns are launched cleanly, tracked accurately, and reported clearly.
You'll work closely with our US- and Mexico-based media strategists, ad ops, and analytics leads to streamline processes, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve how our campaigns run and report.What you'll doUnderstand the objectives and structure of media plans to support campaign setup and trafficking needs.Execute trafficking in CM360, IAS, and biddable platforms, ensuring accurate tracking and clean handoff from planning.Run weekly processor jobs, perform QA on incoming data, and identify discrepancies or breakdowns in the ETL flow.Assist in building Excel-based reporting templates and dashboards, and QA data outputs for accuracy and consistency.Work with ad ops to monitor web analytics platforms to support campaign measurement and troubleshooting (GA4, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Review creative specs for media partners and match platform billing with campaign performance reports.Additionally, provide overflow support for teams across the agency with additional trafficking needs, identify opportunities to streamline trafficking and data QA workflows,
and document and codify best practices and create internal guides or training decks for new tools/platforms.
You'll earn certifications across platforms and stay current with platform updates to help the team maintain a high level of technical competency.Who you are1-3 years of experience in digital media trafficking in an agency or ad tech environmentWorking knowledge of CM360, IAS, and at least one major DSP or social platformProficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas) and navigating large media-driven datasetsMinimum B2 English language written and verbal proficiencyCurious about media data flows—interested in how platforms connect and how clean data enables smart decision-makingStrong attention to detail and comfortable working with multiple campaigns and tasks at onceProactive communicator who can surface issues early and suggest process improvementsExposure to ETL pipelines, GA4, or media reporting dashboards (e.g., Looker Studio, Tableau)BenefitsBase salary: MX$25,000-$32,000 per month (approximate USD$1,325-$1,700) based on skills and experience levelEligibility for a generous annual bonus planComprehensive benefits package, including fully paid private health insuranceGenerous paid time off to support work-life balanceHome office technology and stipends supporting a fully remote work environmentOur stanceLiquid Advertising is committed to creating an anti-racist, anti-sexist environment.
