Position Summary· We are seeking an inspiring and proactive Middle Years Programme (MYP) Coordinator to lead and ensure the accurate, successful implementation of the IB MYP curriculum across relevant sections.
In this role, you will act as a pivotal educational leaderoffering constant guidance, mentoring, and support to teachers while fostering structured inquiry and longitudinal alignment across IB programs.
We are looking for a dedicated educator who models the IB Learner Profile, leads impactful professional development, and cultivates a collaborative, high-quality learning environment.
QualificationsEducation:



Bachelors Degree (title and professional license required).
Language: Fully Bilingual in English and Spanish.
IB Expertise: Deep understanding of IB regulations, guidelines, and processes, along with a track record of proven leadership.
Key Skills: Strong proficiency in mentoring and peer coaching, team leadership, effective communication, and priority management.
