The Product Development Department is responsible for turning creative concepts into tangible, high-quality products that delight consumers and drive brand growth. We manage the end-to-end development process, collaborating closely with design, engineering, sourcing, and marketing teams to ensure every product meets aesthetic, functional, cost, and safety standards. The position focuses on new product introductions,

The Opportunity:

Mattel Brick Shop is seeking a Senior Product Development Engineer to support the development of innovative construction toy products from concept through production. Working closely with Product Development, Design, Quality, Packaging, and Manufacturing teams, you will help ensure products meet requirements for quality, performance, manufacturability, and cost while supporting successful launches to market.

What Your Impact Will Be:

- Support the engineering development of construction toy products from concept through production launch.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and manufacturing partners throughout the development process.
