We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-focused Project Manager contractor to serve as a trusted operational partner and right hand to the Principal Enterprise Architect.
This role will support the daily management of the Enterprise Architecture team and the OCIDO Transformation and Automation team, helping coordinate work, track priorities, manage task flow, monitor status, and drive timely escalation when needed.The ideal candidate will bring strong project and operational management discipline, be comfortable working across architecture, technology, and finance stakeholders, and have hands-on experience with Scrum and Jira.
Facilitate daily and weekly operational routines, including standups, backlog reviews, planning sessions, status reviews, and follow-up actions.
~ Track tasks, user stories, epics, and work items in Jira, ensuring accurate status, ownership, due dates, and reporting.




~ Support Scrum-based delivery practices by helping organize sprint ceremonies, monitor team commitments, and drive accountability on execution.
~ Support ad hoc requests, special projects, and leadership needs that enable the Principal Enterprise Architect to operate effectively on a daily basis.Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Project Management, Technology, Finance, or a related field.
~5+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, PMO, or operational support roles.
~ Proven experience supporting senior leaders with day-to-day prioritization, task management, and follow-up~ Strong hands-on experience with Scrum methodologies, agile delivery practices, and Jira.
~ Experience supporting enterprise architecture, automation, digital transformation, or IT strategy functions.
~ Familiarity with finance teams, budget tracking, financial planning processes, or business case support.
~ Experience working in contractor or nearshore delivery models.
~ PMP, Scrum Master, or related project management/agile certification.
