Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end planning process for a critical customer account
- Lead the weekly/bi-weekly planning meetings with the customer
- Prepare and send business critical reporting files on a weekly basis
- Review the customer demand forecast, using this data to adjust and maintain target inventory levels across consignment locations
- Proactively communicate with the customers, and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with vendors, and 3PL warehouses to ensure on-time delivery of goods to the customer
- Regular inventory reconciliation and clean-up of expired stock to ensure inventory accuracy
- Monthly revenue projection and communication of potential risks to stakeholders
- Timely release of purchase orders, and monitoring of inbound shipments from vendors
- Partner with internal team members to keep things running smoothly

- Consistent achievement of target inventory goals, revenue, and on time delivery
- Timely, clear, and frequent communication with the customer, vendor, and internal stakeholders
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in supply planning, inventory management, customer service or a related supply chain role
- Strong communication skills and comfort with frequent customer-facing interactions
- Highly organized, proactive, detail oriented and comfortable managing competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with customers and cross functional teams
- Knowledge of consignment inventory model
- Strong data skills,
including comfort working with demand forecasts, inventory data, and reporting tools to inform planning decisions
