The resort is expanding its vacation ownership division and seeking sales professionals who can thrive in a dynamic, guest-focused setting.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Specialist role based in Cabo San Lucas, BCS.
The Sales Specialist will present vacation ownership products to prospective members, conduct tailored sales presentations, and guide guests through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing.
The role also involves following up with leads,



collaborating with resort teams to enhance the guest experience, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales performance targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing in a target-driven environment.Experience in Training or mentoring peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.Background in Sales Management or leadership within a sales team is an advantage.Prior experience in vacation ownership, hospitality, or luxury resort sales preferred.Fluency in English; Spanish language skillsstrongly preferred.Basic proficiency with CRM systems and standard office software.
