**Profile**:
- Bachelor ́s degree in Engineering or related.
- Previous experience in a similar position as production leader.
- Trouble shooting tools.
- English advanced level is required ( upper B2 ).
- KPI ́s management.
- In administration of employed and unionized personnel.
- Leader Standard Work Management.
- Generation of responsability and empowerment.
