Your responsibilities:





- Managing and conducting field trials in the assigned territory, PMC’s, independently
- Conducting field trials with distributors/agents in the region, all in line with crop trial plan and in coordination with RPM
- Trial plan design, execution, data collection, analysis, reports with the use of tools like Mercado
- Support the Product Manager in proposing Product Life Cycle advancements based on trial data.
- Part of the team, together with sales, breeding, RPM, collecting information about market, customers, competitors
- Trial protocol design and improvement.

Your duties:

- Product performance trials and data collection to determine the added value of new varieties
- Quantitative and qualitative evaluation of trials, collection of data, analysis and reports.
- Support Product Development Manager in the proposal for PLC advancement (data).
