About the Role:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Underwriter / Financial Analyst to support our U.S.-based investment and acquisitions team from our Guadalajara office. This role plays a key part in evaluating new senior housing investment opportunities and supporting strategic decision-making through financial modeling, underwriting, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct financial underwriting for acquisitions, developments, refinancing, and repositioning of senior housing communities across the U.S.
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to assess cash flows, IRR, NPV, and overall investment performance.
- Analyze property-level financials including income statements, rent rolls, expense reports, and capex plans.
- Perform market research and benchmarking to validate assumptions on occupancy rates, rent growth, and operating costs.
- Support the preparation of investment memoranda and presentations for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to ensure alignment with company goals and underwriting standards.
- Assist in tracking performance of existing assets and identifying areas for value enhancement or risk mitigation.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in real estate underwriting, investment analysis, or FP&A;, ideally within the real estate or senior housing sector.
Strong Excel skills with the ability to create and audit complex financial models.
Understanding of real estate investment metrics (IRR, cap rate, debt service coverage, etc.).
Familiarity with U.S. real estate market dynamics,



especially in multifamily, healthcare, or senior living segments.
Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and written communication.
Experience with tools like Argus, Yardi, or similar is a plus.
Advanced English proficiency is required, as the role involves daily interaction with U.S.-based stakeholders.
