Master Scheduler Sr.
Supervisor This role is within Chamberlain Group's Operations and Supply Chain group.
A successful incumbent is expected to
(i) Oversee the production scheduling processes, develop and maintain the monthly master production schedule to meet inventory and customer service goals; coordinate deployment activities for assigned area to ensure supply balances by simulating scenarios; ensure the accuracy of master data within ERP system; oversee team KPIs and develop action plans for improvement areas, and
(ii) Develop and maintain plant production scheduling models and plant capacity models to forecast needs and available capacity; Develop a time fence policy to control the amount of change that can occur within a predefined area of the planning horizon to help stabilize the MPS; communicate, elevate and develop plans over capacity constraints.
Requires 5+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years of production planning experience and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in relevant subject area.

Education/Certifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject area Experience: 5+ years related experience in a manufacturing environment, with 3+ years of production planning experience Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Working knowledge of production scheduling techniques Working knowledge of material management techniques and computerized inventory control systems (MRP) Working knowledge of complex planning and product lifecycle programs Working knowledge of SAP Other: Intermediate English proficiency
