We are looking for an Indirect Buyer to join our team and play a key role in developing sourcing strategies, optimizing supplier performance, and supporting business growth through effective procurement practices.
Lead sourcing initiatives, supplier negotiations, and contract management for indirect goods and services.
Develop and execute procurement strategies that drive cost savings, improve quality, and mitigate supply chain risks.
Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, terms, and conditions to maximize value for the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Engineering, Finance, Facilities, and Supply Chain to understand business needs and deliver procurement solutions.
Monitor supplier performance against Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation, Sustainability, and Risk Management objectives.
Support supplier selection, onboarding, and performance review processes.




Manage procurement activities related to purchase orders, logistics coordination, and supplier financial transactions.
6+ years of experience in Strategic Purchasing, Indirect Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Relationship Management, Contract Negotiation, or a related field.
~ Experience supporting procurement activities within a manufacturing, industrial, or heavy manufacturing environment.
~ Experience working in a cross-functional and global business environment.
~ Knowledge of supplier performance management, risk mitigation, and cost reduction strategies.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
Experience supporting integral sourcing initiatives.
Exposure to global procurement and supply chain strategies.
