What is your role?
The IT Automation Analyst supports the design, development, configuration, and ongoing improvement of manufacturing reporting solutions connected to MES and related applications.This role helps enhance operational visibility, traceability, and efficiency by partnering with manufacturing, engineering, quality, and IT teams.The position also contributes to digital manufacturing initiatives through reporting, analytics, automation, and system integration.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and support MES reports, dashboards, and related reporting workflows for manufacturing operationsAnalyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting and system enhancement solutionsSupport testing, deployment, validation, and post-production activities for reporting solutions across integral sitesIdentify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through reporting, automation, and continuous improvement initiativesExperiences/Education - RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Software Development, or related fieldExperience in manufacturing or industrial operations environmentsExperience with application development, system enhancements, and troubleshootingExperience with MES platforms and manufacturing reporting solutionsStrong knowledge of SQL Server and relational databasesExperience with Databricks, Python, Power Automate,
