This is a fantastic opportunity for growth within a global company.Profile/Skills:(Please note: only updated CVs submitted in English will be taken into consideration)Electrical Engineering, or a related field3-5 years of experience within the energy sector, with a focus on LV/MV power distribution products and systems, developing Channel Sales/Distributors, Contractors and OEMs mainly.Must have technical understanding of the LV/MV products and solutions required for an electric power distribution system.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teamsEnglish is required, Chinese is a plusMain Responsibilities:Channel Planning and Optimization: Leading regular market and industry information collection, conducting in-depth research on the current industry structure, and policies and regulations, assisting in the formulation of distribution channel sales area division, regularly adjusting the channel structure to improve channel coverage efficiency and distribution capabilities, and assisting in the implementation of channel development strategies.Competition and Price Management: Regularly conducting competitor and brand analysis, including competitor pricing strategies, brand cooperation models, channel policies,



and market coverage.
