- Implements HSE&F; standards with all HSE regulatory and company requirements- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of non-compliance and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead HSE initiatives and continuous HSE improvement as an integrated business partner to support achievement of site goals.
- Drive excellence and engagement in HSE through management, leadership and employee involvement, worksite risk assessments, hazard prevention and control, and HSE training- Deploy and manage health and safety initiatives to continually improve performance of programs and processes.
- Provide new hire and annual/reoccurring employee HSE training.
- Submit Annual Federal, State,
and local Reports- Root-cause analysis and corrective actions for incidents- Identify emerging issues and track compliance obligations.
- Support management of change through HSE impact assessments of equipment and process changes.
- Improve and maintain sites HSE document control and records management systems.
- Collect and analyze HSE data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance performance.
- Prepare and present reports to management, customers and regulatory agencies as required.YOU MUST HAVE- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 2+ years of experience in HSE engineering.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.WE VALUE- Advanced Engineering degree.
- Experience in the Industrial Automation industry.
