**QA Autom Analyst II (BTW) in BT West****Unique Skills**:**Education and Experience Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree Computer Science required.3 years of experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
**Position Purpose**:Creates automated test assets (test scripts, cases, models, and frameworks) using the Eggplant test tools, Selenium (WebDriver) and Digital Automation Intelligence.Create Performance tests (load tests, volume testing and stress testing) using eggplant performance tools.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Under general supervision, assists with development and establishment of quality assurance standards, procedures, and measures for the automation of information technology services.
- Helps validate IT processes through careful testing to maximize the benefit of business investments in IT initiatives.
- 1+ years of experience of Automation processes.
- Comprehensive knowledge of, and experience in, the use of Test management tools and test Automation frameworks.
- Able to validate the effectiveness and relevance of the test assets they create against a defined test plan.
- Able to build test assets concurrently for different customers and projects, managing their own time and meeting delivery deadlines.
- Have an understanding in one or more modern programming languages including Java, Python, or similar languages.
- Knowledge of IT system environments/platforms and development tools.
- Development frameworks such as waterfall and scrum/agile.
- Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Excellent planning, time management and organization skills.




- Professional experience in quality assurance software testing as part of the development process.Additional Functions:- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw valid conclusions and provide solutions.
