As a key member of the leadership team in a startup environment, the Supply Chain Manager (SC Mgr) will establish processes, implement best practices, develop high-performing teams, and drive continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain

This position Oversees Production & Material Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Traffic & Export Operations, Warehouse Management, and Inventory Control, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer requirements, and operational efficiency

We required:

Bachelor degree with at least 5 years as a Supply Chain Manger, in a automotive-manufacturer company (must).

Advanced Conversational English level (must)

Good level of ERP and MRP administration/ operation.

Automotive and SC Standars such as IATF, TISAX, C-TPAT is highly desirable.

Startup or greenfield manufacturing experience is highly desirable.

Experience supporting OEM customers.

Some Key Responsibilities

Supply Chain Strategy:



aligned with operational objective, establish KPI´s, Lead cross-functional coordination, mitigate risk.

Production & Material Planning: Develop Master Production Schedules (MPS), Monitor inventory levels, safety stocks,

Warehouse Management & Inventory Control: Coordinate support for Engineering Changes (ECN), new product launches (RFQ-SOP).

Customer Service: releases, forecasts, EDI transactions, and delivery schedules

Warehouse Management & Inventory Control: raw materials, WIP, finished goods, shipping, FIFOs, inventory traceability.

Traffic, Logistics & Export Operations: International trade regulations and Incoterms. Freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers.
