We are seeking a skilled Sail Point Engineer to design, implement, and maintain identity governance solutions using Sail Point Identity IQ.
The idóneo candidate will have hands‐on experience in identity lifecycle management, access certification, and role‐based access control across enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities Develop and configure Sail Point Identity IQ workflows, rules, and connectors.
Integrate Sail Point with enterprise applications for automated provisioning and de‐provisioning.
Implement access review campaigns and role mining strategies.
Troubleshoot and resolve identity‐related issues across systems.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to enforce IAM policies.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.




Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures.
Required Skills Strong experience with Sail Point Identity IQ development and administration.
Proficiency in Java, Bean Shell scripting, XML, and SQL.
Familiarity with IAM concepts: RBAC, ABAC, SOD, provisioning, and certification.
Experience integrating Sail Point with Active Directory, LDAP, Service Now, and cloud platforms.
Knowledge of security protocols and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR).
Preferred Qualifications Sail Point Certified Engineer.
Experience with other IAM tools (e.g., Okta, Cyber Ark, Ping).
Background in cybersecurity or enterprise architecture.
Strong problem‐solving and communication skills.
Pay Range: ******* USD per hour (Remote – Mexico)
