This search covers two openings running in parallel, one remote position and one onsite position.
In this role, you will own the onboarding process end to end, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for every new hire.Work mode: 1 Remote position and 1 Onsite position (Puebla, Mexico)Compensation: $16,000 to $19,000 MXN monthlyWhat You Will Actually DoOwn the onboarding process for new hires from offer acceptance through their first weeks on the jobCoordinate paperwork, background checks, and pre boarding requirements with candidates and internal teamsPartner with hiring managers and HR to ensure a smooth, well organized start date for every new hireMaintain accurate onboarding records and track completion of required stepsServe as the main point of contact for new hires during the onboarding period, answering questions and resolving issuesIdentify opportunities to improve the onboarding process and candidate experienceWho We WantYou are organized,
