Manage and monitor departmental KPIs, ensuring timely achievement of objectives set for the Human Resources department.Tareas y responsabilidadesSupport implementations of HR programs and policies for Mubea cyclone in Mexico.Manage full-cycle recruitment (job postings, screening, interviews, offer letters), coordinate onboarding and orientation programs.Serve as point of contact for employee relations matters.Support employee movements, absenteeism, performance management,
