**What will make you a great fit?
**- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
