Job Description
Primary Function of Position As Manager, IT – Manufacturing applications, you will participate and lead a team for driving the design, development, and integration of manufacturing application solutions and associated applications.
This role will also work closely with senior leadership and peers across Intuitive manufacturing operations and IT organization.
Provide expertise and be hands on in functional design, implementation, and support of the Manufacturing and product quality applications.
Operate as a trusted IT partner and IT applications lead for Mfg operations business function.
Work with key business stakeholder to analyze requirements and assess impact of use cases, to ensure the solution will produce desired business outcomes.
Investigate,



research and evaluate new applications and/or technologies and application integrations that will improve business productivity.
Building business case and estimate, clearly setting expectation with business on scope and timeline
Participate and Ensure that solution architecture are scalable and in sync with business needs.
Perform deep analysis to translate complex business information to actionable system activities; recommend best practices; and present associated technical process components.
Interact on a day-to-day basis with other analysts, business leadership, SME and IT team members to support business operations and drive change management.
Identify and participate in prioritization of business capabilities and act as a catalyst for building mature and scalable processes.
Personal commitment: Recognizes potential team issues, proposed solutions, and gains commitment of team and other peer managers.
Qualifications Required Skills and Experience Experience implementing SAP S4 & SAP ME required.
10+ years of applications in a medical device or high tech manufacturing industry is desired.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a team lead is required.
In depth knowledge of business processes in the areas of Manufacturing execution, inventory control, product quality and engineering to execution.
Experience with E2 E Supply Chain processes (e.g., Procurement, Manufacturing , Logistics, Inventory Management) is desired.
Experience in medical device manufacturing or lifesciences industry is preferred.
Excellent communication skills to present complex ideas and concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of individuals at all levels of the organization.
Required Education and Training Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, information systems is required.
Preferred Skills and Experience SAP functional skills PMP certification CPIM or CSCP – preferred Additional Information This position is 5 days Onsite job.
