Environmental, Health & Safety Manager Location: Actual León, México We are seeking an experienced EHS Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment.

This role is responsible for fostering a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting operational excellence through effective risk management and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities• Lead site EHS initiatives to promote a safe, compliant, and environmentally responsible workplace.• Partner with operational leaders to identify risks, implement preventive measures, and drive continuous improvement efforts.• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations, as well as internal standards and policies.• Develop and deliver training programs that strengthen employee awareness, engagement, and accountability in EHS matters.• Monitor EHS performance metrics, analyze trends,



and implement action plans to achieve site objectives.• Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes to identify root causes and prevent recurrence.• Support environmental compliance activities and sustainability initiatives across the site.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and external partners to ensure safe and compliant operations.• Evaluate the effectiveness of EHS programs and recommend improvements that enhance operational performance and risk reduction.• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and employee involvement throughout the organization. Qualifications• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.• Proven experience leading EHS programs within a manufacturing environment.• Strong knowledge of environmental, health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements.• Experience developing safety culture initiatives and continuous improvement programs.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Advanced English required.
