About the Position
The Driver Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining constant communication with our driver fleet across the United States, ensuring an adequate compliance of internal processes.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- Advanced English proficiency is required (100% phone-based communication in English)
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, 66265, Nuevo León, (100% In-Office position)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within a call center environment

Responsibilities

- Conduct follow-up calls with drivers




- Gather all needed information to solve specific cases
- Handle complaints and resolve concerns
- Maintain and update contact logs
- Prepare incident reports
- Meet and exceed established KPIs
