Your Impact

- Be the trusted voice patients rely on. Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish with warmth and professionalism.
- Keep care moving. Process medical record requests accurately and on time, so providers have what they need, when they need it.
- Remove barriers to treatment. Secure insurance authorizations that determine whether a patient's care moves forward without delay.
- Run a tight, modern operation. Use Google Workspace daily to keep documentation, scheduling, and patient information organized and audit-ready.
- Build real healthcare experience. Gain hands-on exposure to U.S. clinical administrative workflows — training provided, no prior healthcare background required.

What You Bring

- Fluent, confident English and Spanish — spoken and written.



This is a hard requirement; you'll be representing patients and providers in both languages daily.
- 2+ years of professional administrative experience (any industry — customer service, office admin, healthcare, etc. all count).
- Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Detail-oriented and organized — small errors here can affect patient care, so precision matters more than speed.
- Reliable and coachable — we'll train you on healthcare-specific systems and workflows.

Nice to have, not required: eClinicalWorks experience or a medical office background. We'd rather train the right person than filter out a great one.
