In Impact Advisors we are seeking a Project Manager responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and delivering strategic and operational initiatives supporting U.S. healthcare clients. This role manages Agile and select waterfall projects while ensuring delivery excellence, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

The Project Manager will oversee multiple concurrent, high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment that may span business functions and include cross-functional teams. Success in this role requires strong project governance, stakeholder management, delivery execution, and the ability to lead teams through complex initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and success measures.
- Lead project execution and ensure timely delivery of business value.
- Facilitate project status meetings and maintain transparent communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and issue resolution activities.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource planning across initiatives.
- Support delivery planning and alignment across multiple workstreams.

- Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
- Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.

Experience & Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management experience leading technology, business transformation, or operational initiatives.
- 3+ years managing software delivery, digital transformation, or enterprise implementation projects using Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives in Agile and/or waterfall environments.
- Experience supporting healthcare providers, healthcare payers, healthcare consulting organizations, or healthcare technology environments preferred.
- PMP certification strongly preferred; PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
- Experience leading teams of 10–15+ members including developers, business analysts, quality assurance, and business stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month
