Your Role:

As a Bilingual Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for U.S.-based customers. You will assist them with general inquiries, account management, and service support - 100% in English, within a professional and remote environment.

- Advanced English Level: C1 level (ability to hold fluent conversations with U.S. customers).




- Location: Must currently reside anywhere within the Mexican Republic.
- Home Setup: Stable High-Speed Fiber Optic Internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
- Availability: Overnigth ( 22:00 pm - 6:00 am )
- No prior experience required! (Customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not necessary).
