We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Electrician to support high-speed manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining PLC-controlled and high-voltage electrical systems to ensure safe, continuous production.
Maintenance Electrician Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair PLCs, motor controls, and electrical systems
- Perform PLC programming and diagnostics
- Read and interpret electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics
- Replace sensors, relays, contactors, overloads, and other components
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout and Arc Flash
- Maintain equipment and work areas in safe condition
Maintenance Electrician Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED- Engineering Bachelor's Degree
- Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance
- Strong PLC and motor control troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Allen Bradley (RSLogix 5000) and Siemens S7 preferred
- Ability to work multiple shifts and overtime
