The Purchasing Support Department play a key role in ensuring a seamless and efficient digital supply chain. Focused on customer service, this team is responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date order information while facilitating communication between customers, suppliers, and the purchasing team.

The Purchasing Support Department ensures smooth operations, proactive problem-solving, and enhanced visibility into procurement activities.

Will assist the Purchasing team with following up on order related issues and tasks such as:

Order Inquiries:

- Processing tickets/incidents from customers requesting order status and delivery information
- Processing tickets/incidents from suppliers requesting clarification of order information such as verification of qty, uom, customer specs (model/serial number needed, etc.)

Order expediting:

- Contacting suppliers (via ticket/incident and by phone) for confirmation information
- Contacting suppliers (via ticket/incident and by phone) to provide updated ETA
- PO Override monitoring
- Order lines with confirmations outside of price tolerance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
