Job Summary

Required Qualifications:
Total 8 to 10 years of overall IT / automation experience.
4+ years of hands-on experience specifically in Power Automate Desktop.
Proven ability to work independently and manage tasks/projects with minimal oversight.
Strong understanding of RPA concepts, automation lifecycle, and process design.
Solid problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Good to Have (Preferred Skills):
Experience building Power Automate Cloud Flows.
Good working knowledge of Power Apps.
Familiarity with the broader Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design, development, and deployment of power automate workflows to streamline business processes.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation opportunities.
3. Provide technical guidance and support to the team on power automate best practices.
4. Customize and integrate power automate solutions with existing systems and applications.
5.



Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to power automate workflows.
6. Conduct regular system audits to ensure optimal performance and compliance with organizational standards.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in power automate (flow) design and implementation.
2. Proficiency in creating complex automated workflows using power automate.
3. Strong understanding of automation principles and best practices.
4. Ability to analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams.
Other Requirements
1.Microsoft Certified1.Power Platform App Maker Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory.
