Lead Construction Estimator & Takeoff Specialist

Job Details:

- Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour + Uncapped Performance Commissions (Approx. $1,735.00 USD / month base pay)
- Shift & Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (40 hours per week)
- Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Position (Immediate Hire / ASAP)
- Work Location: Remote (Open exclusively to candidates residing in Latin America)

About the Role & Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee, train, and mentor a team of estimators to elevate overall output, bid accuracy, and technical expertise.
- Perform high-precision Quantity Takeoffs (QTO) from architectural blueprints, engineering drawings, and structural specifications.
- Develop accurate material, labor, and total cost estimates to prepare competitive and profitable project bids.
- Audit and review team estimations prior to final submission to guarantee complete precision.
- Establish standardized estimation workflows, guidelines, and quality standards across the department.
- Collaborate directly with leadership, project management, and clients to resolve project scope questions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:





- Proven expert-level experience in construction quantity takeoffs and cost estimation.
- Demonstrated experience in a leadership, coaching, or supervisory role training estimating personnel.
- Advanced English speaking, writing, and professional communication skills.
- Exceptionally reliable, responsible, and self-motivated with a strong, independent work ethic.
- Strong analytical mind with superior attention to detail and a commitment to precision.
- Professional, proactive demeanor with a continuous drive for learning and achieving team success.

Technical & Workspace Requirements:

- High-speed, reliable internet connectivity with mandatory backup power solutions to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Dedicated, quiet home office setup free from background noise and distractions.
- Personal computer setup capable of running complex estimation and document viewing software smoothly.

Pay: $140.00 - $173.00 per hour
